RETURNS & REFUNDS

Modify Design offers a wide range of products, which are supplied from around the World. Every supplied, and individual order is unique. Because of this, our return policy varies per manufacturer.
Products that are custom and/or made to order are not eligible for return. Manufacturers not eligible for return include: Andersen, Bolia, Cane-line, Design House Stockholm, EMKO, and MiaCara.
For orders that are returnable, you may return your order within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that all return shipments be insured. Note that all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We carry transit insurance to protect our customer’s purchases, however where you have signed for goods without outlining any faults or damage, then these goods will not be covered by transit insurance. You must inspect your goods upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery note before signing it. You must ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery. You must notify [Modify] of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will mean that any transit policy will be voided.

YOUR GOODS HAVE MANUFACTURER FAULT/FLAW
If you detect a manufacturers fault with your item you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take photos of damaged or incorrect item(s) and photos of the packaging. If your item was shipped using a freight carrier, you must contact us immediately and note all damages on the shipper’s paperwork before signing and accepting the delivery. Faults not reported within 24 hours of receipt are not eligible for a refund.

GOODS DAMAGED BY YOU AND NATURAL WEAR AND TEAR
We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.

RETURN PROCESS
Most returns are processed within five days of receipt. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with shipping since each of our partners has individual requirements. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Once your item has been received we will process your refund.
Refunds are processed within 2-10 (business) days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. [Modify] does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs.
